German toll-free numbers are allocated directly by the national regulator (BNetzA) to individuals and businesses upon application. You will need to apply for a toll-free number from BNetzA; once received we can activate it for you. The procedure for the application and activation of a toll-free number can be found here. Please note that you will need an address in Germany to apply for a toll-free number. In order to activate the number on our network, you will need to provide us the above information.
